6/30/2011 1:00 AM PDTby TMZ Staff Arnold Schwarzenegger's baby mama Mildred Baena is living large with their son, Joseph ... dining this afternoon on pizza and wine at a California Pizza Kitchen in Tarzana, CA.Mother and son ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, crispy mac and cheese, half a Caesar salad, and another specialty pizza.We don't know the identity of the man in the plaid shirt, but we do know that Mildred's older son was sitting to her right. The waitress told other employees that the older son was hitting on her, asking if she'd go to the beach with him. She says she declined.And, the waitress was grousing that she only got a 10% tip.

Grammer Judge Keep Vacation Homes Private!
6/9/2011 9:57 AM PDTby TMZ Staff The judge in the Kelsey Grammer/Camille Grammer child custody war just ruled ... both Kelsey and Camille should keep friends and relatives from living in their various vacation homes -- rich people problems.Kelsey and Camille have homes in the Hamptons, Hawaii and other places. Camille's lawyer, Neal Hersh, told the judge he had concerns about privacy for the kids, thus the need to keep others from living and snooping in the vacation homes.The judge ruled the only way third parties can live in the vacation homes is with the written consent of both Kelsey and Camille.Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, has requested that the judge speed up the process of having Kelsey, Camille and their two kids interviewed by a child evaluator so the custody trial can begin.Both Camille and Kelsey have asked for primary custody. Kelsey tried settling the dispute by taking their son to Chicago to live with him and leaving their daughter behind in California with Camille, but Camille balked at the notion.

G4 Network PULLS Ryan Dunn's New TV Show
6/20/2011 3:00 PM PDTby TMZ Staff The G4 Network has announced it will stop airing all episodes of Ryan Dunn's new TV show, "Proving Ground" in the wake of his death ... effective immediately. Dunn had already shot 8 episodes as the star of the show -- which featured the former "Jackass" star recreating famous stunts from TV shows, movies and video games. According to Deadline.com, the show got off to a slow start ... with only 31,000 viewers tuning in to the Tuesday premiere. A rep for G4 explained, "The show will not be airing for now and discussions are underway re future plans."G4 released a statement saying, "All of us at G4 are shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic news that Ryan Dunn has passed away. Ryan’s comedic wit and signature no-holds-barred approach made him an incredible talent and his work on G4’s 'Proving Ground' was flawless."
